There is a $35 shoot fee to get on the schedule (which includes an edited personalized online viewing gallery). All sign-ups are good for one horse and rider combination for the show. Please register with your name, rider number, horse's name, the day(s) you are riding, and your ride times. I cannot guarantee to shoot all of your rides.

Registration will close Friday, May 24th, 5PM (or until schedule is full). Those that register before the show, will receive 20% off their print package if you choose to purchase your images.

I understand that Michelle Morgenstern Photography (MMP) will do their best to photograph 1-2 your rides, but cannot guarantee to shoot all of them. Scheduling and times depends on how the day runs & if rings run on time or not. I also understand that times slots are booked at a first come first serve basis and I have checked the list of times that have already been booked. I also understand that MMP needs time to get from ring to ring. MMP will do their best to keep the website up to date with time/rings slots that have already been booked. I understand that I must complete the $35 payment to be on the list. If payment is not received prior to your ride it can result in not receiving photos.All payments for registration are non-refundable.

Change in Ride Times

I understand that scratching a ride, not giving correct times or, changing ride times significantly without notifying Michelle Morgenstern Photography prior to the new ride time or my next ride time may result in not receiving photos. I also understand that a change in ride time that conflicts with others time slots that have been pre-booked can also result in not receiving photos.
